Funky Lipstick Gypsy Junk Studio
My creative space is an amazing place where I dream, create, and retreat. I love the respite my studio offers me from the world, and the daily pressures of life. I carved out my niche in the daylight basement of our home. It absolutely offers the creative connection my artistic side craves.
I am very fortunate to have such a great area in my home that is exclusively mine, to do what fills my soul and satisfies me creatively.

I exclusively create my "Cuff Love" Junk Jewel Cuffs included in this collection are also my "Chunk Chains" which are similar using vintage silverware as the focal piece.

Another Gypsy original..."Shabby Gypsy Slips". I hand dye and embellish each one with my "Gypsy Flora", and create a one-of-a-kind fun Gypsy staple!

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful creative space!!!! A friend (Rowann of Antiques in Old Town) told me this was a favorite of hers and was beautiful - she was sooooo right! Love your style and attention to the details!!!! I also love the offbeat way you've arranged your furniture! These are the kind of things that make this cat very happy - one can never have too many places to adventure into and out of, as well as sights to see and admire! Oh yes, I should also mention that you are my kind of gypsy - allowing your "right hand man" a comfy place to nap!!!

ReplyDeleteI am still getting down the creative spaces list! Your space is lovely...and a chandelier! Oh, my! I have heard people refer to day basements before, what is that? I live in Orlando, so no basements here, something about the water table ha! When I lived in Minnesota we had basements and half basements, where the basement was 1/2 in the ground, but I don't know what a day basement is?
